Executive Coach (ICF PCC) · Facilitator · Trainer
I work with middle and senior managers in large organisations navigating real pressure — delivering results, managing teams, and thinking strategically all at once. The stress is real and so are the relationship challenges. And in recent months, with AI reshaping processes, ways of working, and teams, leaders are having to navigate change faster and prove results sooner. Under that kind of stress, nobody makes their best decisions.
I work with leaders one-to-one, and with whole teams through practical workshops — helping them become less stressed, more emotionally intelligent, and more effective in sustainable ways.

What I offer
Whether you need support for one leader or a whole team, I bring the same undivided attention and practical depth to every engagement.
One-to-one coaching for managers navigating complexity, transitions, or the sustained weight of pressure. ICF-credentialled (PCC), NLP-based, and deeply personalised.
Practical, engaging workshops on emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and leading through change — including for senior managers on the technology delivery side navigating disruption of every kind.
Facilitating thinking for teams and leadership groups — creating environments and spaces for deep thinking, so a group can slow down, hear itself, and reach decisions it can stand behind.
Workshop programs I deliver
Delivered in person and virtually, from half-day sessions to two-day programs — and tailored to your team's context. Designed for manager and senior-manager cohorts, including technology and delivery teams.

Who I work with
Organisations bring me in when their leaders are navigating:
"The content was spot on for the workplace of right now. You come away with a suite of tools you have practiced using that are immediately implementable with your own team. I would highly recommend this to any manager, any level."
— Caroline Frangopoulos · Executive Director, Head of Customer Risk Assessment, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation
"Every session brings clarity and sharp focus to my goals. Your expertise in coaching and deep understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership make you an incredible asset to anyone looking to grow."
— Trần Tiến Công · Founder, Vietnam Coaching Institute
How I work
No two leaders or teams need the same thing — so I've spent 15 years building the range to meet them where they are. NLP is my primary methodology, and I draw on Emotional Intelligence (EQi, EIQ 2.0), Thinking Environment, Systemic Constellations, and DISC as each situation calls for them.
I don't arrive with a fixed formula. Whether coaching one-to-one, facilitating a group, or running a workshop, I create the space for people to listen more closely to their own thinking — and make choices that are aligned, courageous, and sustainable.
Before moving into coaching and facilitation, I spent 12 years at Oracle Corporation and the TATA Group in Quality Management, HR, and Skill Development — so the pressures my clients describe are ones I've known first-hand.

From a program sponsor
"I collaborated with Meenakshi on a workshop for our team. Her very positive attitude and hands-on approach kept the team very energised — although we had to run it in a virtual setting. The preparation was tailored to our needs, which made a massive difference to the learning effect of the team."
"I have had the pleasure of having Meenakshi as a coach for the past 8 months. Our sessions have been both personal and business-focused, and I've been so impressed with Meenakshi's ability to switch between both. I have found her to be inspiring and authentic in her approach — a great coach for leaders or business owners looking for a little push to become a better you."
"Not only is she meticulously organised, her storytelling style of delivery, coaching, and breaking down complex concepts is enriching and engaging. What I really like is her delivery style — less theory, real-life case studies, and action-packed group activities. There is a great deal of emphasis on pragmatism and relating to daily lives, both professional and private."
"It was always enjoyable and I appreciated the variety in her approaches. She has multiple techniques and frameworks that she draws from. It allowed me to get different perspectives on my situation and become more self-aware. I recommend her as a coach!"
"The experience was nothing short of transformative. Meena possesses a deep understanding of NLP concepts and a unique talent for simplifying complex ideas, making them accessible to participants at all levels. This hands-on approach made the learning experience incredibly dynamic and ensured that the concepts were not just understood but also integrated into our daily lives."
About Meenakshi
After I got my MBA, I spent 12 years at Oracle Corporation and the TATA Group, in Quality Management, HR and Skill Development. When my clients talk about the pressures of a large organisation, I know exactly what they mean — I've been there myself.
Fifteen years ago I moved into coaching and facilitation because that's the work I wanted to do: creating the conditions for capable people to change and grow without losing themselves. Today I hold the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential and am a Certified NLP Trainer, working with leaders and teams across banking, insurance, pharma, technology and the public sector in nine countries.
Having lived and studied in India, I now live in Singapore and am Singaporean. The cosmopolitan nature of the city has meant that I have friends and associates from many countries and cultures — which I love. In my free time I am an avid reader and like to paint and craft. I am also a Reiki Master and believe that we have a lot more to discover about energy systems — an area of study that fascinates me.

For HR & L&D sponsors
A clear structure from day one — whether you're commissioning coaching for one leader or a workshop for a whole team. You know what you're buying, your people know what to expect, and confidentiality is never in question.
For one-to-one coaching
A 30-minute conversation with you, the coachee, or both — to understand the context and confirm coaching is the right intervention.
Coachee, sponsor and coach align on development goals and success markers. Session content stays confidential; progress against goals doesn't.
Regular one-to-one sessions over several months, in person or virtual, with a midpoint check-in with the sponsor.
A closing three-way conversation on progress, sustained practices, and what the coachee carries forward.
For team workshops
Every workshop starts with a needs conversation — what's actually going on in your team, not just the topic name. I then tailor the design to your context, deliver in person or virtually (from half-day sessions to two-day programs), and close with a debrief on what to reinforce next. As one sponsor put it, the preparation "tailored to our needs made a massive difference to the learning effect of the team."
